As I wondered here, it turns out Waxhaw's Luigi's is run by the Rizzo family, who runs the Luigi's in Rock Hill.
The menu at the Waxhaw restaurant is apparently the same as the Rock Hill, so the lunch menu and dinner menu are available here for those interested.
