MONROE, N.C. -- Monroe police have charged a third suspect in a robbery and shooting outside of the NC License Plate Agency at the Bundy Square Mall on Roosevelt Boulevard.No word on what her role was at this time.
Freda Brown, 37, was arrested Friday and charged with conspiracy to commit armed robbery.
